The working unit Survey Administration and Controlling defines and ensures the quality of the data collection of LIfBi's surveys through performance-accompanying, fieldwork-related, and financial controlling.
This includes the preparation and monitoring of the Europe-wide calls for tenders for the data collections, the process-related monitoring of performance parameters and survey costs, as well as the coordination of the formal acceptance of commissioned surveys. In addition, the working unit coordinates the requirements for and the implementation of quality assurance measures in the field concerning the survey staff.
