NEPS Data Trainings in 2020

In 2020, the Research Data Center (Forschungsdatenzentrum, FDZ) will again be offering several training events on how to handle the data from the National Educational Panel Study (NEPS) at the LIfBi site in Bamberg. An overview of the dates and topics as well as information on registration can be found on our website.

Further Information about the NEPS Data Training courses.

The new training schedule includes one-day and two-day events, which are held alternately. During the one-day training courses and on the first day of each two-day training course, the structure of NEPS data and the documentation materials are presented using practical examples and guided exercises. In addition, the two-day training courses are each dedicated to a selected topic concerning the analysis of NEPS data. The content of the training courses is generally not linked to a specific starting cohort. Registration for remote data access via RemoteNEPS is possible on all training days. Due to limited space capacities, early registration is recommended.
