Organized by the Leibniz Institute for Educational Trajectories, a joint congress booth shared by the six large-scale panel studies in the field of social sciences was set up at the ICP 2016: National Educational Panel Study (NEPS), Panel Analysis of Intimate Relationships and Family Dynamics (pairfam), Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies–Longitudinal (PIAAC-L), Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE), German Socio-Economic Panel (SOEP), TwinLife (download flyer of the congress). Moreover, the Leibniz Education Research Network (LERN) also used this opportunity to share information with interested participants of the congress. In addition, the two studies NEPS and pairfam were introduced during a session on family influences, which was chaired by Dr. Thomas Bäumer ("Family Influences at Different Ages—Data and Results from Large Panel Studies").
