After the welcome and an overview presentation by Prof. Dr. Hans-Günther Roßbach, Dr. Yang introduced the Korean Education & Employment Panel Survey (KEEP), which is located at KRIVET. KEEP started in 2004 and is comparable to the NEPS Start Cohort 4 in terms of the study population. Accordingly, the exchange with the Korean guest was lively after Dr. Michaela Sixt presented the design and fieldwork of NEPS using the example of NEPS Start Cohort 4. Daniel Bela further informed about data edition, data protection as well as data access in NEPS and was able to show the advantages of NEPS remote access in a hands-on session. Dr. Yang was very impressed by the complexity of the processes, the number of participants and the scope of the NEPS data.
