Dr. Camarda is a researcher at the National Institute of Demography in Paris (INED). Among other things, he is an expert in aggregate data analysis and statistical modeling of misreporting patterns. In a talk entitled "A general model for patterns and trends of digit preference," Dr. Camarda presented a statistical method for modeling rounding errors in one- and two-dimensional data. Subsequently, the NEPS methods group was able to benefit from Dr. Camarda's expertise in this area and further develop a novel procedure for modeling rounded income data.
