Prof. Dr. Volker Stocké accepted offer for professorship at the University of Kassel

In January 2011, Prof. Dr. Volker Stocké received an offer for a professorship for Methods of Empirical Social Research at the University of Kassel.

In June 2011, he accepted the offer at the University of Kassel for the summer semester 2012. Prior to this, Professor Stocké had been professor for Sociology, with a special focus on longitudinal educational research at the University of Bamberg, and Head of the Department “Social Inequality and Educational Decisions in the Life Course” of the National Educational Panel Study.
