NEPS—on-site with a team of 21 colleagues—was represented through a three-part symposium and 15 presentations organized by Jutta von Maurice and Joanne Corey (Australian Bureau of Statistics). NEPS also showcased its work at its stand, where conference attendees were informed about all the facets of the project. This opportunity was also used to sign a user agreement for NEPS data.
Specific highlights from the conference were keynote speakers such as Willem E. Saris, who during his presentation titled “Correction for measurement error in the social sciences and business research using SQP 2.0” announced his retirement. Another keynote speaker was Mick P. Couper, who presented “Is the sky falling? New technology changing media, and the future of surveys”.
