The facility management working unit is responsible in particular for the areas of technical infrastructure as well as fire protection and occupational safety.
Fire protection and first-aider training as well as instructions for employees are coordinated and organised by the department.
Numerous services of room and relocation planning, fault management as well as protection and security also fall within the scope of the building management. New hires, absences and departures of staff are accompanied by the working unit through the administration of workplaces, telephone numbers, locking rights and mailboxes.
