In December 2021, the first postdoc representative group was elected, who are representatives of all postdocs at the institute, regardless of their current position and the plans for their future career. Our central goals are to improve the working and research conditions of postdocs at LIfBi as well as to facilitate their career development through promoting the exchanges among the postdocs and cooperating with other interest groups (e.g., PhD student representation, works council).
